This is what we do:
1) Health & Wellness Coaching
Remember when you were younger and your coach used to yell at you and make you run laps around the gym? That's not like this!
I will work with you and help you navigate goal setting, life changes, find solutions to problems that arise along the way. We will talk through what's going on in your life and set realistic goals for how you can start making progress in a scientifically proven way to give you the greatest chances of success! You will also have an ally who is there to support you and help hold you accountable to your important goals.
2) Exercise Planning
After setting those goals we will start crafting a plan for physical activity to support them. Are you training for an event? Do you just need some help figuring out your gym? Maybe you are wanting a hand ramping up your fitness to improve your health and need some help in deciding what's necessary or even safe? We will work together to build the right routine specifically to your needs to meet your end goal and health status.
3) Nutritional Guidance
You've probably heard people say," You can't out work a bad diet," and this is true. So much of our health and our goals hinge on the 'gas' we put in the tank. Consider your car. How well would you expect it to run, and or how long for that matter, if you put not enough gas — or just plain bad gas — in its tank? And so with your body it's also true as well!
Working together we monitor your eating — finding opportunities for you to utilize towards your goals — bettering your understanding of your food, how it impacts your health, body, performance, so it can be an asset to achieving success both in your goals and life in general.
4) How do we communicate?
We meet 2-4 times per month — 4 times per month minimum for the first 6 months — VIA video calls over WhatsApp messenger service. You can also reach out anytime you need help via the chat on WhatsApp as well. The chat feature is available 24/7 and I try to return all messages within a 12 hour time frame.
